Job summary

Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL seeks a Small Business Advisor to support the Commercial Department by tracking member-business development, preparing reports, managing schedules, and assisting with operational improvements. Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications recognized as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required to perform essential functions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Loan Department during processing and closing of loans.
• Maintain a regular calling program to generate high-quality new deposits and loan business from members and prospects.
• Meet with members/prospects to discuss business needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Assist borrowers with updated financial information and communicate lending decisions.
• Represent Gulf Winds in civic/community functions to grow business.
