FNBO in Omaha seeks a Small Business Credit Analyst to perform independent credit analysis of small business loan requests (CRE, C&I, and Agribusiness) and to prepare loan memos, risk rating matrices, and financial analyses. You will spread and analyze financial information, conduct guarantor analysis, assess collateral, and determine risk ratings while ensuring compliance with policies and BSA/AML.

The Small Business Credit Analyst will perform independent credit analysis of small business loan requests (CRE, C&I, and Agribusiness). The analyst also will complete financial analysis and evaluation of credit worthiness. The role will decision business credit applications using sound lending practices and in accordance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations and prepare loan memorandums, risk rating matrices, financial analysis and collateral analysis. The incumbent will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of loan products and procedures and interact with and provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers.
Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
