Job summary

U.S. Bank's Payment Services team is seeking a Client Account Manager/Executive to be the strategic face to clients, overseeing onboarding, retention and growth of a portfolio.

You’ll consult with clients, analyze data, and present performance results to drive profitability and client satisfaction. You will manage multiple accounts, coordinate contracts, and identify cross-sell opportunities while delivering education on payment solutions.

Job Description

The Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Payment Services to the client, representing multiple business channels. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals. Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience. Typically two or more years of client management experience in payments industry.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Salary

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $72,900.00 - 89,100.00
