Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop profitable new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts in the Northwest Minneapolis, MN area.

Job Description

Develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

Compensation package provides an annual base, sales incentive program and mileage reimbursement. Candidate must reside near Northwest Minneapolis, MN market to align with the territory coverage needs.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel

  • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $75,600.00 - 92,400.00
