Job Description

The Laundry and Stewarding departments attendant will ensure that linens are processed promptly, in accordance with Omni Hotel standards. The role involves operating all laundry equipment (e.g., commercial dryer, commercial washer, linen folder, etc.).

Responsibilities

1. Clean and process dirty linens.
2. Fold and count laundered items.
3. Process linens through various machines.
4. Alert manager or supervisor on duty if a machine is not functioning correctly.
5. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for 7-8 hours per shift.
• Ability to bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel regularly throughout the shift.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous laundry experience in a professional setting (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a hot environment due to machines and linen processing.
