Requirements include U.S. citizenship, formal small-arms instructor training, and weapons-qualification proficiency, with experience in modern firearms and safety protocols. Employment is contingent upon contract approval.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Formally trained as a small-arms instructor through a recognized course.
• Qualified in rifle and pistol with instructional proficiency.
• Navy Instructor Training Course (NEC 9502) or CPPD-evaluated equivalent.
• At least three years of armed-forces or SWAT-type experience with advanced shooting techniques.
• At least one year of instructional experience with supporting records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-arms and crew-served-weapons instruction per COMNECC 3591-series standards.
• Support Rifle CAT II, Pistol CAT II, Line Coach, and related training.
• Instruct service-pistol/rifle and weapon employment (M2, M203, M9, M16, M4).
• Teach safety, fundamentals, marksmanship, and qualification to 300 meters.
• Provide classroom, synthetic, and live-fire instruction.
• Serve as line coach and safety observer for various CIN/ULTRA training events.
• Support approved changes to weapons training requirements within scope.
