IsoTalent is helping a brick-and-mortar Red Bluff, CA clinic hire a Veterinarian (DVM) for part-time or full-time work. The role focuses on small animals, with occasional poultry, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans performed independently in a supportive team setting.

The position offers a flexible schedule (2–3 days a week, with 4–5 days possible), pay between $90,000 and $100,000 annually for full-time, and benefits including 401k with employer match, health insurance, PTO, and sponsored

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree required.
• Active California veterinary license.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Strong client communication and bedside manner.
• 5+ years veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform wellness exams and preventive care for small animals.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide occasional poultry care as needed.
• Administer vaccinations and prescribe medications.
• Interpret diagnostic results including lab work and imaging.
• Communicate diagnoses and home-care options to owners.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with the team.
• Pursue optional surgical training if desired.
