Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care including exams, diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals).
• Deliver preventive care (wellness exams, vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition guidance).
• Interpret diagnostics (lab work, digital radiography, ultrasound).
• Communicate care plans and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with a strong team of technicians and support staff.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care including exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals), with the flexibility to incorporate additional surgeries based on your interests.
• Deliver preventive care (wellness exams, vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition guidance)
• Communicate clearly with clients about care plans and next steps
• Collaborate with a strong team of technicians and support staff
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
• 4-day work week + rotating Saturdays
• Base salary: $115,000–$140,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus
• Opportunity for production-based bonuses
