Live Oak Veterinary Specialists (LOVS) is a new, independently owned specialty and emergency hospital opening in beautiful Savannah, GA. Built to deliver exceptional, compassionate care and long-term professional fulfillment, LOVS is structured so small animal veterinarians receive the support, respect, and balance they deserve.

Founded by Jason King, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology), cMAV, cVPP, MBA, LOVS is rooted in medical excellence, collaboration across services, and a commitment to remaining locally and independently owned. As a Small Animal Veterinarian at LOVS, youll join a high-quality, specialty-focused team that empowers you to practice exceptional medicine with leadership that truly understands and values clinical autonomy.

Now Hiring: Small Animal Veterinarians (2 positions)

We are seeking compassionate, team-oriented Small Animal Veterinarians who value collaboration, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture. Youll play an essential role in supporting our specialty and emergency services while shaping a hospital designed for medical excellence and sustainable practice. We are seeking emergency vets that would work nights and weekends.
