This full-time, multi-site Veterinarian position is an ideal opportunity for an experienced doctor who seeks the flexibility, balance, and earning potential of relief work with the consistency and stability of working for one amazing company.

• Arroyo Veterinary Center (primarily needs Fridays)
• Discovery Bay Veterinary Clinic
• Jules Veterinary Center
• Lathrop Veterinary Center

The right candidate will divide their work time to support several of our California premiere veterinary locations—each offering cutting-edge medical resources, devoted medical staff, and a welcoming clientele to provide the best quality care for pets in California. Our Veterinary Hospitals offer a complete range of services including preventative wellness, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, laser therapy, and more!

This role allows you to write your own schedule, providing flexibility to work when and how often you want. Compensation is per diem plus excess production, ensuring a guaranteed minimum daily rate with no negative production accruals. Your time will be split between 3-5 locations, offering variety and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with teammates.

We offer a robust compensation package, including:

• Competitive daily base rate (plus excess production, negotiable based on experience):
  • 2 shifts/week: $70k base salary at 22%
  • 3 shifts/week: $110k base salary at 22%
  • 4 shifts/week: $140k base salary at 22%

Requirements:

• Active CA veterinary license
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Veterinarian
