Job summary

The Vet Service is seeking a highly experienced Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to lead clinical standards while remaining actively involved in day-to-day companion animal medicine.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to guide an established veterinary team, influence medical quality, support case management, and shape the hospital's future direction while maintaining a rewarding clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent recognised veterinary qualification.
• Texas veterinary license in good standing or eligible.
• Significant small animal clinical experience with sound medical judgement.
• Ability to mentor veterinarians and support clinical standards.
• Leadership mindset with strong communication and team development.
