Job summary

You will act as a central coordinator among Business Analysts, technology teams, and stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5-6 years of experience in project management, program management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Financial services industry experience required.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Copilot and Lucidchart.
• Experience coordinating Agile/Scrum teams, including daily standups and backlog management.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own project intake, prioritization, and tracking across multiple initiatives using Jira.
• Lead daily standups and coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables remain on track.
• Drive accountability across Business Analysts and technology partners to execute against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Provide day‑to‑day oversight and guidance to Business Analysts, helping them expand ownership of key applications and technology relationships.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and PMO processes.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation, process maps, and operating procedures.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align priorities and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Continuously improve team processes, governance, and delivery practices.
