Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / State Head for Dealer Electric Vehicles (EV)
We are seeking dynamic professionals at various levels to lead our electric vehicle distribution and franchise operations for Senso EV. This multi-level role structure offers growth opportunities from Sales Manager to State Head level.
Position Levels & Experience Requirements
- Sales Manager: 1-4 years experience
- Area Sales Manager: 2-5 years experience
- Regional Sales Manager: 5-8 years experience
- State Head: 8+ years experience with P&L responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Network Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and grow Senso EV presence in assigned territory
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified dealers/franchise partners
- Drive achievement of sales targets for vehicle sales and network expansion
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Market Leadership & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitor activity
- Adapt national marketing strategies for regional audience
- Provide market insights and performance reports to senior management
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead and mentor sales teams and dealer networks
- Oversee training on product knowledge, sales processes, and brand values
- Foster performance excellence and continuous learning culture
Brand Management & Operations
- Serve as Senso EV brand ambassador in the territory
- Ensure all operations adhere to brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain high-quality showrooms and customer touchpoints
- Manage inventory levels and logistics for timely delivery
Business Management (Senior Levels)
- Own P&L responsibility for assigned territory/state
- Build long-term strategic relationships with franchise partners
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and service teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduate degree required
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business preferred (for senior roles)
Experience Requirements
- Sales Manager: 1-4 years in sales, distribution, or automotive retail
- Area Sales Manager: 2-5 years with team leadership experience
- Regional Sales Manager: 5-8 years in distribution/franchise management
- State Head: 8+ years with senior leadership and P&L management
Preferred Industry Background
- Automotive sales and distribution
- EV, two-wheeler, or FMCG experience
- Franchise network management
