RTX is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Engineer for the SM-6 program in Austin, TX. You will develop and maintain support materials, training programs, and provisioning strategies to ensure mission readiness across development, production, and sustainment.

The role requires strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and logistics teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in provisioning or ILS (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), be able to

Qualifications

• Experience provisioning, logistics data development, or ILS for defense systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and configuration docs.
• Strong knowledge of provisioning methodologies (LCN, ALC, SMR codes).
• Experience with technical publications or manual updates is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Write and update source documents to assemble/disassemble missiles and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain customer training programs.
• Analyze fault data to support Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Develop provisioning programs for SM-6 variants.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
