RTX is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer for the SM-6 program in Tucson, Arizona. This role develops support documents, trains customers, and analyzes data to improve provisioning and LORA for complex defense systems.

Candidates typically hold a University Degree with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years) and must be able to travel up to 10% and obtain a security clearance. RTX offers competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in provisioning, logistics data development, or ILS for defense or complex systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, change notices, and config docs.
• Strong communication across engineering, logistics, and program stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, traceability of logistics data.

Responsabilités

• Write and update source documents to assemble/disassemble missiles for SM-6.
• Develop and maintain training programs for the customer.
• Collect and analyze fault data to develop Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Analyze data to develop provisioning program for each SM-6 variant.
• Travel up to 10%.
