RTX is seeking an SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead in the Finance Program Cost Controls team to drive program financial performance and ensure contractual compliance. As the SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead within the Finance Program Cost Controls team, you will play a critical role in driving program financial performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and supporting decision‑making processes. You will partner closely with program management and functional leadership to meet cost, schedule, and performance expectations. Partner with program management and functional leadership to ensure program alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals. Lead the development and execution of cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls. Coordinate and mentor peers on the development and analysis of program financial data, including contractual EVM requirements and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs). Support financial forecasting, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Planning (LRP), and Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management. Provide financial analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders to guide decision‑making. Develop and deliver financial planning aspects, including monthly financial performance reporting and working capital management. Analyze and present financial data to customers, management, and peers, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Contribute to proposal development and Gate 4 processes, supporting financial analysis for growth opportunities.
You Must Have Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
