We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team in Long Beach, serving clients in neighboring cities and the South Bay area. This rewarding job opportunity may start as part time, with potential for full-time hours if desired.

Work closely with adults facing developmental challenges such as Autism Spectrum, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more. Our clients are high functioning in self-care, but may benefit from reminders and support in grooming and other daily tasks. Provide personalized assistance in areas including money management, housekeeping, grocery shopping, safety skills, and transportation access. Accompany clients to appointments and assist with navigating social services as needed.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities, including monthly theme parties and community outings organized by our activity director. Support clients in navigating social media safety and awareness of potential scams. Build meaningful relationships with clients as you participate in various activities tailored to their individual needs.

A reliable car and proof of insurance are typically required for travel between clients’ homes, but exceptions may be made for those with clients in close proximity to their residence.
