Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering produces production components using selective laser sintering (SLS) at our Ontario, New York facility. The SLS Operator is responsible for machine operation, material handling, and part breakout within an established quality system.

Structured on-the-job training and formal qualification are provided. Responsibilities include setting up builds, verifying machine condition and materials, handling polymer powder, and maintaining accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed written work instructions.
• Pass a respirator fit test and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and monitor builds on SLS equipment per instructions.
• Verify parts against job sheet and drawings, segregate nonconforming parts.
• Complete logs and ERP transactions accurately at time of work.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe work area.
