Job summary

Pikes Peak BOCES is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. The role requires travel to assigned work sites and offering treatment services to students across various schools.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, possess SLPA authorization, and have completed a specified practicum. This position is on a contract basis with a 179-day work calendar and offers salary commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to speech-language pathology.
• SLPA authorization required.
• Completion of appropriate practicum hours under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist SLP with screenings and assessments.
• Document performance and provide treatment guidance.
• Support clerical duties as directed by SLP.
