Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC of Laconia, New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team. This onsite, full-time role serves elementary and middle school students and operates five days per week under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

You will support articulation, language, and social communication skills, collaborate with teachers and families, and contribute to a positive, mentorship-driven work environment

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program.
• Current SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within school teams; Passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across district schools under supervision of licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans and IEP goals developed by supervising SLPs.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication challenges.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, therapists, and families.
• Assist in creating positive, engaging learning environments.
• Support student participation in academic and social settings.
• Follow state, district, and professional compliance guidelines.
