Job summary

ACM Staffers is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in a school setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, provide therapy sessions, and assist with assessment and treatment planning.

The role is 1099 contract, full-time, 35 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $40 to $50 depending on experience. Strong collaboration with school staff is required.

Qualifications

• Current state certification or licensure as an SLPA.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in assessing and evaluating clients.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and other professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and resources.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
