H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a direct-hire position in Mobile, Alabama. In this school-based role, you will support SLPs, help implement therapy plans, and provide direct services to students across classrooms and settings.

Qualifications

• An SLPA with a valid state license to practice.
• Previous experience working in schools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at working independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about helping kids reach their full potential!

Responsabilités

• Help implement speech and language treatment plans designed by an SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Assist in screening students’ communication skills.
• Document and report on students’ progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and needs.
