Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support an SLP in a Mobile, AL school. You will provide direct therapy and help implement treatment plans.

You'll screen students, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success. A valid SLPA license is required; prior school experience is a plus, and you should be enthusiastic about helping kids reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Help implement speech and language treatment plans designed by an SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Assist in screening students’ communication skills.
• Document and report on students’ progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and needs.
