Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Indianapolis, IN to provide direct speech therapy under an SLP, supporting IEP goals for K–12 students.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field), active or eligible SLPA license, and a DOJ/FBI background check. Benefit package includes full medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is required or equivalent.
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state of service or eligibility to obtain.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward goals.
• Support SLP with screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to reinforce communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
