Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Speech Language Pathology curriculum.
• Active licensure and eligibility to practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with Medicare and payer sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services according to licensure.
• Direct and supervise assistants and students per guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures for patient and staff.
• Engage in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
• Communicate patient status to care team and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and provide therapy.
• Educate staff and payers on interventions.
• Complete documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
