Job summary

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a full-time licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Therapist to evaluate and treat residents across our facility, including pathways TBI, sub-acute rehab and LTC.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $38-$48 per hour for 30-40 hours per week with opportunities to work with a dedicated team. You will communicate with families and physicians, document services, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP eligible to practice in Kentucky.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents throughout the facility (including brain trauma and rehab units).
• Communicate with families, physicians and other health team members.
• Maintain documentation of services in the medical records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
