Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a Worcester, MA assignment. This 11-week contract offers guaranteed hours and the potential for extension.

The SLP will work in a skilled nursing setting, providing patient care, maintaining licensure, and adhering to facility policies. Relocation or travel considerations may apply with credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license and state requirements.
• Current certifications and licensure must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Work 5-8 hour shifts in a skilled nursing setting.
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week with scheduling up to 40 hours per week.
• Provide patient care services in a skilled nursing environment.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery.
• Maintain current required certifications and licensure.
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually.
• Document patient care accurately using required charting systems.
• Comply with facility dress code requirements.
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting.
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications.
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules.
