Job summary

WHITE POINT CARE CENTER seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles County, CA. The full-time role offers $60–$63 hourly and a per diem option at $65–$68 hourly, with a chance to impact patients' communication and swallowing outcomes.

You will work within a Skilled Nursing facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility for CF.
• California licensure or credentialing as required.
• At least 2 years' SNF experience and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement speech-language therapy programs for varied disorders.
• Conduct assessments and identify strengths and needs in communication.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans with care teams.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and sessions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and apply best practices.
