Job summary

Trinity Rehab, LLC in Burlington, NC seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN role within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. The SLP will assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or CCRC setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Position Overview

The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
