Job summary

Trinity Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Raleigh, NC area. You will work with an established clinical team in a patient-focused environment, delivering high-quality therapy services in a modern rehab gym and newly renovated SNF unit.

The role involves evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to support recovery, mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• NC SLP licensure required.
• Experience with geriatric rehab is a plus.
