Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime position at Heritage Hall Front Royal, Front Royal, VA. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders and educate patients and families on safety and communication strategies.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state SLP license with CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Currently licensed SLP in state; CCC-SLP credential required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
