Job summary

Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated SLP Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents in Casper, Wyoming. Roles include part-time and full-time options with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and document progress while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Wyoming state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies.
• Document resident progress and communication with families and healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care.
