Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care. Note: This is not a CF position.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective treatment programs, establishing patient understanding, expectations, and goals, providing counseling to patients and families, and creating accurate documentation and reports for all patient visits.

Requirements and Benefits:
  • Active state Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
