Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation.

The position focuses on providing patient-centered care in a SNF setting, employing standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and collaborative communication with families and the treatment team to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills; communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
