Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

LTC Therapy – Glen Ridge/Courtyard Facilities

Medford, MA

$60–$65/hour

We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy while maintaining a schedule that works for you.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
  • Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
