Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our SNF team in Kalona, IA. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited SLP program with an active license in the state, and CCCs or a CFY candidate. Knowledge of Medicare billing and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC certification required, or be a CFY candidate.
• Compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
