Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation's Crotched Mountain School in Greenfield, NH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help children with complex communication needs. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized treatment, using AAC and collaborative approaches with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a competitive salary of $100,000-$110,000 per year, full-time, with benefits including licensure support, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
New Hampshire SLP license required
Experience with AAC systems and evidence-based interventions
Collaborative team player with passion for children with complex communication needs

Responsibilities

Assess speech, language, feeding, and communication needs
Develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize AAC and innovative therapies to unlock communication
Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, behavior analysts, nurses, psychologists, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for communication goals
Coach staff to extend communication strategies beyond therapy sessions
