Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Professional licensure in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP preferred).
• Experience with AAC systems and therapy in natural environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of human development and communication disorders.
• Team player with creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive speech-language therapy to students.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Train and coach staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and design staff training programs.
• Maintain confidential records and complete necessary reports.
• Follow ASHA’s Code of Ethics and stay up-to-date with training and certifications.
• Promote organization values of respect, kindness, integrity, and innovation.
