We believe in finding the right fit for our practice at every level, including our Clinical Fellows, because we hope to eventually hire them!

Our clinical team is compromised of inspired providers that are not only committed to providing high quality, evidence-based interventions to the children and families we serve, but also whom are passionate about pursuing professional and personal growth opportunities in order promote positive outcomes throughout our community.

You’ll know this Clinical Fellowship is for you if:

  • You enjoy finding or developing creative and adaptive methods to promote function and communication.
  • You like to have FUN while helping to empower and educate others!
What we are looking for in an Excellent Clinical Fellow:

This position is ideal for someone looking for a full time clinical experience working within an interdisciplinary group of rehabilitation, education, and mental health professionals that value flexibility and focus on supporting and developing you into the therapist that you aspire to become.

For the Inquisitive Candidate...
  • This is an employment opportunity. While we value flexibility, you will be working in around the established clinician schedules. This may include evening hours. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • We want you to get as much clinical experience as possible, but your role may include assisting with practice management or other administrative tasks. This helps you learn our process and understand the comprehensive needs of a private therapy practice.
  • We offer many diverse learning opportunities. There are a variety of ways to learn and grow with our practice!
  • We have fun! Our "Team Huddles" (who likes staff meetings anyways?!) are full of laughter, food, and connection among teammates.
What You’ll Be Responsible For...
  • Maintaining a personable, yet professional attitude
  • Adhering to a business-casual dress code
  • Being punctual (soft skills are equally as important as the development of your clinical skills)
  • Developing strong communication skills with client, families, and colleagues
  • Completing clinical documentation in alignment with the expectations of your supervisor
  • Being receptive to constructive feedback (we are all a work in progress)
  • Being resourceful to find and compile information, but not afraid to ask when you don't know something or get stuck
  • Working collaboratively with and among other providers
  • Focusing on the self-care that you need to a maintain your own health while learning to address the clinical needs of others
You Will be a Good Fit Here If You:
  • Play well with others and enjoy team work
  • Want to make a positive impact throughout our community
  • Want to develop clinical excellence in your work
  • Enjoy growing personally and professionally
  • Take ownership and pride in your work
