Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Slovak Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. This important Junior role will enable you to assist our Slovak-speaking clients by providing outstanding support for their IT and technology needs while helping them enhance their operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting technical issues, advising clients on best practices, and delivering training on our technology solutions. Your effective communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction will be essential in ensuring that our clients successfully utilize our services.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients seeking IT support and tech solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Provide guidance on best practices for implementing and utilizing technology solutions
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients understand and maximize the use of IT tools
  • Document client interactions and maintain precise records of support services provided
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT support and technology to offer informed suggestions
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT support principles and tech solutions is essential
