Требуется минимум 3 года опыта в дизайне игр слотов, страсть к играм и глубокое понимание рынков iGaming. Предпочтение кандидатам с готовностью учиться новому и соблюдать сроки. Возможна работа из разных стран, включая удалёнку.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Контроль продукта на всех этапах разработки в тесном сотрудничестве с артистами и разработчиками.
• Анализ статистики для выработки стратегий по релизам и маркетингу.
• Организация и участие в тестировании игр, сбор отзывов и внедрение улучшений.

Cipher Studios creates games for online casinos and aims to develop and distribute these solutions in major global markets.

Задачи

• Oversee products throughout development, collaborating with artists, animators, composers, and developers
• Analyze statistics to shape strategies for game launches and marketing
• Organize and participate in game testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Evaluate game performance metrics
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Suggest improvements for key product development stages
• Prepare for and analyze A/B test results

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer or Slots Game Designer
• Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of various gaming platforms
• Creative thinking in game design and the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills
• Flexibility to adapt ideas and meet deadlines
• Dedication to completing tasks to a high standard
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the iGaming market and the differences between iGaming and general game design
• Slots experience is a must
