Job summary

Station Casinos LLC is seeking a Slots Assistant Shift Manager for the Grave shift at Boulder Station in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee the Slot Department’s day-to-day operations and direct Floor Supervisors and Slot Ambassadors to ensure smooth winning experiences.

You will coach, counsel, and discipline staff as needed, review procedures for efficiency, monitor internal controls related to slot floor movements, and manage scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Slot Supervisory position preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, counsel and discipline.
• Knowledge of slot equipment.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
