Job Description

Responsible for supervising and directing the work of the slot repair staff, resolving equipment operation discrepancies, and reviewing reports related to slot equipment performance.

• Supervise, evaluate, discipline, and assign work to slot repair employees.
• Resolve equipment discrepancies with internal staff, regulatory personnel, and customers professionally and courteously.
• Review and analyze performance reports of slot equipment.
• Organize machine placement on the casino floor.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding slot equipment and parts.
• Manage work schedules, maintain parts manuals, and organize inventory.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure slot machinery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: Six months of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines.
• Two years of experience in slots or related field, or graduation from slot repair school or similar training (strongly preferred).
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching for repairs.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Additional Information

$5000 Hire-on Incentive: Paid as $1250 after 6 months, $1250 after 9 months, and $2500 after 1 year of continuous employment. Incentives are added to payroll.
