Qualifications

• Associates or better in Electronics Technology.
• Experience maintaining slot equipment preferred.
• Strong guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to document maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all slot equipment to component level.
• Maintain department repair logs, shift logs and maintenance logs.
• Maintain sign lighting and graphics and ensure slot machines are secure.
• Perform maintenance/repair on slot equipment per departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide information about Players Club benefits and property amenities to guests.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Troubleshoot and repair all slot equipment to component level.

• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Promote and maintain a positive work environment founded on teamwork, cooperation and open communication;
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all department’s;
• Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.;
• Maintain sign lighting and graphics;
• Ensure all slot machines are secure;
• Maintenance/repair on all slot equipment in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;
• Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
