Responsible for the repair, moves, and preventive maintenance of all slot products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide excellent internal/external guest service;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and all departments;
• Maintain all slot equipment according to departmental policies and procedures;
• Maintain sign lighting and graphics;
• Ensure all slot machines are secure;
• Explain Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs to guests;
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• Slot experience preferred but not required; High School diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods;
• Physical demands include sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping;
• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights, and noise.
