WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Slot Technician I in Omaha, NE, to install, repair, relocate, and perform preventative maintenance on slot machines, ensuring maximum uptime and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and brand standards. Flexible scheduling is available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as Slot Technician or related field.
• Electronics or PC tech degree/cert preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic gaming machines to the component level.
• Install, relocate, and remove slot machines and conversion kits according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform urgent repairs to minimize machine downtime.
• Inspect new slot machines and conversion kits before installation.
• Monitor machine performance and strive to achieve maximum game uptime.
