Job summary

BlueWater Resort & Casino is seeking a maintenance technician to repair, test, and maintain gaming devices across our floors. The role requires hands-on electronics work and adherence to established policies for device maintenance and testing.

Candidates should hold a college-level electronics certificate and be familiar with the Advantage system; lifting and mobility are required as part of daily duties, with some non-gaming tasks assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have certificate of completion in electronics on a college level, from a technical electronics school, or combination experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and test gaming devices.
• Ensure compliance of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance, repair and testing of gaming devices.
• Assist with the setup of the slot tournament including the conversion of gaming machine devices.
• Maintains parts control log.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of equipment.
• Participate in hand pay jackpots and fills when required.
• Monitors machine entry logs.
• Conducts testing for Tribal and State machine compliance testing.
• All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some lifting required. Must be able to walk, stand, stoop and bend without difficulty.
