Overview

Why We Need Your Talents

Under the direction of the Slot Technical Supervisor, order all parts required for conversions and maintenance of all Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs). Maintain inventories of spare parts for all VLTs by processing faulty equipment and replenishing inventory. Issue spare parts to Slot Technicians to repair VLTs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts room and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inventory.
• Stocking.
• Distribute parts to Technicians.
• Parts return/shipping.
• Perpetual Inventory.
• Work with Manufacturer’s Parts Department to ensure proper levels of inventory.
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure full compliance of gaming laws (federal and state).
• Provide exceptional service to our guests and employees when performing job duties and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need to Suceed

• Prior slot, VLT, or amusement experience preferred.
• High organizational skill set.
• Basic PC skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
• Ability to read and analyze documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to communicate with sales representative.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical tools.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, days, evening, and nights.

A Few Must Haves

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Clerical Inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
