Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines.
• Experience in slots or related field preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch during shift.
• Able to push/pull machines and handle up to 80 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Read, understand, and apply repair manuals and other materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and on-the-job training.
• Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware.
• Repair and diagnose machine faults.
• Isolate electronic faults at board level and refer to senior level slot technician.
• Read manuals and apply information to repairs.
• Communicate effectively by two-way radio.
• Maintain working knowledge of new slot products/equipment.
