Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a Slot Technician to diagnose and repair a variety of slot machines, with emphasis on both mechanical and electronic systems. You will provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure timely maintenance of gaming devices.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Electronic background or experience in slot operations preferred.
• Two+ years in Gaming Industry or customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair slot machines, including mechanical and electronic components.
• Perform installation/removal of gaming devices and routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot ticket-in-ticket-out and coin/bill validator issues.
• Assist in game conversions and firmware upgrades and maintain device calibration.
